Residents Only Club Card ("ROCC") is a membership program designed to connect Panama City Beach residents with participating local businesses that choose to offer discounts, promotions, and special offers.
By using this website, you agree to:

2. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Resident memberships are available only to individuals meeting ROCC's residency requirements.
Membership includes:

• Annual digital membership card

• Future program benefits as introduced

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate residency information.

• Keep membership information current.

• Present their digital membership card when requested.

• Not share, duplicate, alter, or misuse their membership card.

ROCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships obtained through fraud or misuse.
Membership benefits are subject to change as participating businesses update their offers.
 
3. BUSINESS PARTICIPATION TERMS
Businesses participating in ROCC remain independent businesses.
Participating businesses are solely responsible for:

• Their products and services

• Their pricing

• Their discounts

• Customer service

• Honoring advertised ROCC offers

Businesses determine the discounts they wish to provide and may modify or discontinue promotions at their discretion.
ROCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate business participation if a business repeatedly fails to honor advertised discounts or engages in conduct that may harm the reputation of the program.
 
4. PRIVACY POLICY
ROCC respects your privacy.
Information we may collect includes:

• Membership information

• Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers)

ROCC does not sell personal information.

Business participation fees, if applicable, are governed by separate Business Participation Agreements.

ROCC does not guarantee:

Any purchase or transaction between a member and a participating business is solely between those parties.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Residents Only Club Card, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Participation in the ROCC program is voluntary.
